This is a CV of sorts…at least it’s a running list of of the preservation projects I have worked on since graduating from the University of Vermont.

2017

Part 1 of the Historic Preservation Certificate Application for the Wellesley Hotel, which is part of the Thousand Island Park Historic District located on Wellesley Island in the township of Orleans, NY; Approved by the National Park Service November 2017.

2016

Coordinator of the 2016 Potsdam Sandstone Festival held September 23-25th. Tours and events for the festival celebrated the Potsdam Sandstone buildings in multiple St. Lawrence County, New York towns: Potsdam, Canton, Ogdensburg, Hannawa Falls, and Colton. Potsdam Sandstone: Fifty Shades of Red.” An historic architectural walking tour of Potsdam, NY, co-sponsored by Adirondack Architectural Heritage and the Potsdam Public Museum; May 2016.

2015

The National Register of Historic Places and the Potsdam Civic Center.” An educational presentation about the National Register of Historic Places and how to submit an application using my work on the Potsdam Civic Center Complex as a working example. Presentation was part of the 2015 Potsdam Sandstone Festival.

Worked with the Thousand Island Park Landmark Society to assist with planning the 16th Bi-Annual House and Garden Tour. I also provided technical assistance to the Society in planning their internship program.

National Register Nomination for the Potsdam Civic Center Complex located in Potsdam, NY. Village of Potsdam: Sandstone Walking Tour Brochure.” A new and updated walking tour brochure that I designed and researched for. The Village of Potsdam has many wonderful sandstone buildings and the walking tour pamphlet highlights the Village’s architectural significance.

2014

Meech Island Cemetery Site Visit and Condition Report. While living in Vermont, I heard through the grapevine of preservation colleagues that the a few members of the Vermont Old Cemetery Association was interested in getting an updated condition report for the Meech Island Cemetery. I lived in the area and managed to adventure to the island located in Shelburne Bay in Shelburne, VT. The cemetery is old and privately owed…from my visit, I created a report which was shared on a few websites, links are as follows:
